Japan: The art of being someone, somewhere.
This trip to Japan will be told very differenently. It will be told in a way as if each picture was shot like some sort of artstic expression attempting to capture the human element .
I found this picture to be incredible interesting. This sparked the idea of not just being somewhere but how much that being somewhere costs us in time simply waiting. With everyone lined up and everyone staring into their phone I realized just how much cities like Osaka and Tokyo operate on a hive mind sort of mentality. People simply moving with the cosmic current.
In many ways this is the center of the world for me, and center of the world to me is my home.
The more I observe the world happen and unfold, the more I watch people stare into a world that’s a screen, a world a way the more I realize that science fiction movies who claim robots rise up is false. In many ways they have already won.
In the worlds largest city you can still be alone in the middle of nowhere.
Simply said, life is just better sometimes when you wear a smile.
I absolutely love this photo, I love the juxtaposition of traditional ideas meeting modern cell phones.
Living life in the blur. The cell phone generations leave a different tone to a day in the life then they did 30 years ago.
Downtown Shibuya, living your best life being somewhere, and yet being nowhere.
Of I wonder what everyone story is as they pass you by, where they are going and what their stage looks life.
Casual days where life happens regardless of plans. Sometimes the stories we share only last for a few stops, others take us to new places only to get on another train, another station, another adventure.
Because everyone needs a soundtrack to their journey.
Everyone needs a stage were magic happens, where magic is found.
A moment in life captured, where the simplest and meaningless moments are sometimes the most meaningful and most truthfully moments of our life.
Some times art is found in the everyday life, and sometimes art is the everyday life.
If Eleanor Rigby was a picture I think this makes a compelling argument.
Everyone needs to make a stop for food at some point.
Some moments don’t need narration.
You meet some of the most real people imaginable in life.
Just a day in the life and another commute to somewhere.
Like a rock n roll album that never happened.
There’s nothing more authentic than reality unfolding in “A day in the life."
when your living your best life with your own soundtrack somehow it makes reality all that much better.
Late night dinner with street food is always more amazing!
Some moments aren’t the beginning, they are not the end the sit that the edge of opportunity.
A day in the life of a rain day in Tokyo.
When black and white makes every shot look like a Punk rock band photo shoot.
When traditionalism meets modernism.
This picture was intentional shot upside down giving it a very different and unique sort of perspective.
You mean something, your life means something, up until you become a blur, or a reflection to reality
